So I bought the Apple display and a wired mouse and keyboard.

I decided the wires were a pain so I bought the bluetooth versions and called Apple to arrange to send back the wired keyboard and mouse. The lady said to keep them and she would credit my card with £50 to cover it. Fantastic!

Apple's Customer Service is top notch.

I've always had a great experience with them over the phone.

she's probably going to send it to you and you have to send back the old one in the same box. Thats what happened with my wireless mighty mouse.

i got q faulty bt keyboard - they sent a replacement, but never took the original back, 6 months later, i call ' my keyboard doesnt work' they send a replacement, this time they actually mention returning the faulty keyboard - so i get a free keyboard out of it!

i had a similar experience.
reasoning behind it is probably it cost them more money to post a return waybill than for you to have it.
