Not sure if this is where to post this, but for the past several hours (at least 7 hours at this point) absolutely no products appear in any category whatsoever in the Apple online refurb section.
I've never seen this before and there's no banner or other indication that the refurb store is down, etc.

Anyone seeing the same thing and if so, ideas on what the issue may be?

Seeing the same thing. Perhaps they are updating it with newer models available as refurbished or removing older models.

No. The store gets updated on the fly all the time. They never have to take the whole thing down to add or remove a couple products.

Does that also hold true for products never before in inventory for the refurb store?

yep. I have never seen the refurb store go down like this, and have seen products come and go when I just refresh my browser.

Just visited and went through a number of different items.
All links were working and able to add items to my bag.

I clicked on the mac, iphone, homepod, ipad sections just now and in all of them just get the message that the item i’m looking for is not available.

That is very odd. Just went through all the categories, clicking on random products and always got the page with the product and ability to add to my bag.
I’m in the US if that might might make a difference.

The Paps of Glenn Close, Scotland.
Yeah, that redesign seriously blows. It's SO hard to compare now because you can't see the specs on any of the items until you fully click into each one. Terrible.
It's not so much that, although agreed, but to use the filters on the LHS of the page you have to scroll all the way down on the RHS, there's also no option to choose between chip ie. i7 or i5 etc. Think maybe Jony Ive had a hand in designing it, usability my erse!:D

The items still show up in the apple store app on the iPhone but not on the website.
I have a google cache up and if I click on any of the times they still show stock.
Very odd.

Good tip. Just checked through the app -- very very low stock of Macs and absolutely zero iMac 5K. Ah well, hopefully they'll get this sorted soon.

IDK, on both my phone, my ipad and my computer i’m STILL getting this message in ALL categories.
