Apple regent street launch day

i queued up since 6am. I was 220 in the queue. At 11am I reached the front of the queue only to be told 256gb out of stock. My new friends in the queue and I All asked the same question “ why does not the Apple staff work the line and inform the people queuing?”
If we knew that there were no 256gb since 830am when the doors opened then we would all have left the queue.
It was kinda weird not seeing any staff talking to their loyal fans and for the 400 people behind me I could only feel sorry for them.

Interesting psychology aroun buying 256GB phones. Some people might use the space, but honestly, the vast majority of people I know with 128GB or 256GB phones have less than 32GB used, let alone 65GB. If you take lots of video, granted it will eat space esp at 4K, but with cloud storage, I personally don't see the need. I know it's a grand already so what's an extra £150 for an extra 192GB. A relative rip-off, is what it is!

Well I store a lot of videos and have many apps and take many pics. 256
Is more convenient for me.
