I purchased a (supposedly) new iMac from MacConnection on June 5, 2009 and had it shipped to me in Los Angeles. But when I recently brought the unit in for repairs, the Apple Store told me that it was out of warranty. Their database lists it has having been purchased in March 2009 in Memphis. Has anyone else run into this sort of problem, and if so, what's the best way to tackle it? Apple stands by their database; I brought them my proof of purchase but it didn't help. I've just emailed MacConnection, but don't necessarily anticipate a speedy or useful response from them. Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.
