right choice, need data from a single source ... in and for the US: CDC
The utter stupidity of this statement is only eclipsed by the 9 or whatever likes it got.
People seem to have forgotten freedom of speech and seem to have forgotten why it was not just considered a good thing but considered an absolutely essential right for any democracy. Without it, there is no democracy - at all.
Data necessarily needs to be allowed from all sources, whether you consider it fake or not - the right information will find its way to the top quite naturally.
Color me crazy but I trust the government about as far as I can throw them. The government is the one to gain the most from a corona "pandemic" to play captain obvious here. Nothing like a good pandemic to make people scream for big brother to help them - which makes it much more likely, over time, big brother in perhaps attempt to skew reports this way ... a firefighter sets a fire because it makes him indispensable.
It's bad enough Apple playing God almighty and deciding what's true, but what is worse is people actually demanding their information to be censored. The stupidity of that is hard to exaggerate.

Apple needs to urgently allow independent app stores.
It's not sustainable at their scale to play God over apps these days, and they have to make a lot of decisions that a tech company should never have to make. Google doesn't make either, despite being a huge corporation.
For example there's protests in Hong Kong, China doesn't like it, and Apple has to ban the app they use to organize themselves - or else! Apple has no choice but to comply - China can severely hurt or even kill Apple were they to for example ban Apple products in the PRC. Whoops! Why is Apple in that situation? Becauee they chose to have draconian control over apps.
They need to loosen the control - the best solution would be to decentralize app store review processes, but also alternative app stores that have more leeway on what to allow.
Apple simply can't be responsible.
Now there's a good chance the official organizations, who have the most to gain from misinformation, are making stuff up and again Apple makes a decision on who is right and who is wrong in an area of health - it's got no business being in that.
