I didn't get that notification. Is it only for users that don't have it enabled already?

I thought I had it enabled on the new phone but, I must now have.

I'm still on iOS 17. Previously iOS 18 was offered as opt-in option. Now iOS 18.1.1 is placed on the foreground and 17.7.2 update is hidden somewhere below. You need to scroll down, to know iOS 17 update is available at all.

Applied 18.1.1 to my iPad straight after it came out - and it seemed OK. But has suddenly had a restart - the podcast stopped and an Apple icon appeared. Near fully charged. Plenty of storage available.

Concerned - not something it has done before.

can I have the same app icon on multiple screens yet? Focus modes are completely broken due to this.

Since updating to 17.7.2, I’m now getting multiple notification every day from the Settings app to update to iOS 18. This wasn’t happening on other versions of iOS 17. It’s unbearable - I do not wish to update to iOS 18 and do not want to be constantly notified about it.
