I wish the article included the Security change notes or at least a link. Yes, I can search in a search engine, though having all the details here couldn’t hurt.

Impact: Maliciously crafted web content may be able to break out of Web Content sandbox. This is a supplementary fix for an attack that was blocked in iOS 17.2. (Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals on versions of iOS before iOS 17.2.)

Description: An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved checks to prevent unauthorized actions.

Updated and already running into a new bug in the App Store whereby the Update All button no longer works. Hopefully it’s just a momentary blip.
Just tried and had like 7 or 8 updates. Update all worked for me. Momentary blip I guess??

While it works with iOS 17.7.2, I'd still recommend you eventually upgrade to iOS 18.4 when that comes out next month. Reason: there are a lot of security fixes in iOS 18.4 over 17.7.2.
Absolutely yes, but you *can* get new bugs, inconveniences and - especially - heavy battery drain out of nowhere.

I basically agree, that an update brings more security, but i had such a very bad experience going from 16.7.x to 17.0, because i transferred my data from an old to a new iPhone and was forced to update to 17.0. This update ultimately bricked my device in the data transfer and i had to wait for 17.0.2 to finally make it even possible, to transfer the data without bricking the device...

Then I was trapped in the early 17-cycle and was totally annoyed with the new bugs and inconveniences until around 17.4 or 17.5, when the iOS 17 series was finally somehow usable. :(

I am not in the boat for experiencing these annoyances again in 18-cycle, so i prefer to stay on 17.7.2 until 18 is finally ready for prime time - now it is not.

Apple today released iOS 18.3.2 and iPadOS 18.3.2, minor updates for the iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 operating systems that came out last September. iOS 18.3.2 and iOS 18.3.2 come a month after Apple released iOS 18.3.1 and iPadOS 18.3.1.

The new software can be downloaded on eligible iPhones and iPads over-the-air by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

According to Apple's release notes, the iOS 18.3.2 update adds important bug fixes and security updates. On some devices, it fixes an issue that could prevent playback of some streaming content.

Apple is also working on iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4, which are more significant updates that are set to come out in early April.

Since updating, MagSafe no longer is working on my iPhone 14 Pro. Belkin charger.

Update: turning off/on phone did nothing. Restart did nothing. unplugged charger and plugged it back in. Now working again.
