Apple Releases iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4S Devices, Fixes 3G Issues

If the 3G issue is actually fixed than of course the IPhone is actually going to work better and of course the Internet is going to be Faster leaving you with a faster Web Brower like a faster Apple Safari Web Browser. I agree with the people who say Apple Safari Mobile is working better because the real reason that Apple Safari is working better is that their 3G is working better. :)
 
I have a 4S jailbroken on 6.1.

I didnt really notice 3G issues, then again I am on wifi probably 80% of the time.

Is it worth it to update? I'd hate to have to start over, rejailbreak, etc.
