At this point I'm going to say it's looking unlikely that we will ever get an iOS 9 version that doesn't use some combination of the numbers 0, 9, 1, 2 and 3. Poor number 4. Always so close.

Now available here in Germany.
It didn't showed the size, but the download only took a few seconds.

No OTA yet. Not gonna wait hours to download from iTunes.

You guys should backup before updating.

Perhaps it says something about the state of Apple releases that there is more enthusiasm over a minor iOS update than the upcoming iPhone?! ;)
Nah, it's been like that for quite a while now, especially around these parts.

I'm still running 9.0 and it works fine plan on keeping it that way at least until 10 arrives but won't jump right into 10 will wait several months after.

I've learned that if your device is running smoothly and great battery then there is no need to rush into these updates especially if your device came with 9.0

9.2 up is a lot snappier than 9.0/9.1, update if you wish to have a snappy phone.
9.3.3 is definitely the best iOS 9 version to date. I wouldn't dare stay on iOS 9.0 initial release. There were WAY too many bug fixes and security updates to do that but to each their own. iOS 9.0-9.3.3 information Dont think iOS 9.3.3 would be considered "rushing" to update from iOS 9.0 :) Good thing is you have a choice!

I don't know why Apple bother to release these minor updates when iOS 10 is literally a couple of months away where they're going to introduce a hell lot of new bugs.
