Does anyone know why the Magic Mouse 1 does not allow scrolling and gestures on the iPad? Seems like a silly software limitation, I don’t want to have to go and buy a bloody 2nd gen just for that.

EDIT: Just paired my Logitech MX Master 1 and I have full scrolling capability... though the back / forward buttons do nothing. Will be interesting to see if anything changes between GM & full release.

Possible bug, when I have my Mx master 3 paired and in use, no onscreen keyboard pops up on a text field, only a cut down edit bar. May be a feature as they expect an external keyboard to be used with an external mouse

Been trying it out since the PB release earlier today. Anyone figured out if you can turn on the “tap to click” feature when using the Magic Trackpad like on a Mac?

Installed the GM using the public beta profile on my iPad Pro 11”. Connected the Magic Trackpad 2 (it seems that for MT2 it needs to be wired with a USB-C to Lightning cable.. anyone are using it wirelessly? Please advise how to do.. thanks!!) to it. The operation is surprisingly smooth and the experience is really like a Mac. 3 finger swipe up to close an app is intuitive too but it’s different than the grabbing gesture on a Mac.

Also on the same iPad and same MT2. You can add it wirelessly in the Bluetooth section in Settings. Works great.

I've been thinking of upgrading from iOS 12. I use mail a lot. Wondering if now is the time. Was planning to do a DFU install since I have all kinds of Bluetooth pause play audio problems. Thoughts?
You’d be crazy to change to 13 if you use mail a lot. A lot of us are still not getting notifications for new mail. Today I got notifications of new mail between instantly and up to 2 hours after they were sent. My slack notifications are hit or miss if they ever show up. Notifications all worked fine before upgrading to iOS 13. Definitely wait for feedback about this issue before getting rid of iOS 12.
