Apple today released macOS Sequoia 15.4.1, a minor update to the macOS Sequoia operating system that launched in September. macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 comes two weeks after the launch of macOS Sequoia 15.4.

Mac users can download the ‌‌macOS Sequoia‌‌ update through the Software Update section of System Settings. It is available for free on all Macs able to run macOS 15.

According to Apple's release notes, ‌macOS Sequoia‌ 15.4.1 includes important bug fixes and security updates, and is recommended for all users.

I pray it has fixed the canon raw preview bug but I doubt it as 15.5 hasn’t fixed it in beta

I'm not getting the update but I appreciate there is a button to say check for updates now. Didn't notice that before. Also, do we really need to update all these devices for a .1 update? It just seems like a waste of time.
A "dot dot" release implies a hot fix that, yes, should be given some priority. Security is often, even usually involved these days.

Edit: if you are updating multiple machines, it is good to make one of them a "Content Caching" server. This really speeds things up.
 
I wish we had an option to hide update notifications. I know there’s an update. I don’t want to update now or tonight, I’ll update when I feel like it.
