Wow, the only one in 21 comments who didn't like it. You are statistically less than 5% of the population… :)

I didn't like it either. I actually saw it on TV last night and I remember making an "ugh" sound after seeing it.

you should visit Tokyo's harajuku district someday. for some people, is a lifestyle.

I just looked up some images of harajuku fashion. Very interesting choices.

Try doing a fun and playful ad like that with the stodgy 'gold' iPhone. You'd have a bunch of suits sitting around Starbucks sharing stock tips.

Loved it during the keynote, love it now. I think the iPhone 5c sales will pickup pretty soon.

Another great ad, that speaks to people's emotions. Despite some people's reservations about the 5Cs early sales assumptions, I also suspect this phone will sell really well over it's life, unlike the explosion of initial interest in 'state of the art' flagship phones, that starts to wane after about 6-8 months, when the must-have-the-latest-tech crowd starts looking forward to, and waiting for, the next flagship model.

You mean a steel reinforced polycarbonate 5C for the "have's" and a 5S for the "have more's"

Pretty good it covered everything, I think I even saw a crack dealer in there.

Nitpicking, but I wish they included an Australian greeting! I suppose sometimes it feels like us Aussies get forgotten. Otherwise I absolutely love this ad. It's way better than any of the serious ads for the 5. Apple really knows how to do 'fun'.
