Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have rebooted both and have also restored my Watch from backup -- and also restored as a new device, too.
I just discovered that I did not have the iOS 12 Watch profile installed! I just took care of that now...will see if that helps resolve the problem (first time I've done public beta). I'm assuming that beta profiles must be installed on both devices?
