This is a dumb question Apple but I leave my notification window pulled down all the time in my car to see incoming alerts and control the music and I see the padlock at the top of the screen. I tap on it and nothing happens, you’d think it would lock the iPhone. Right?

The open padlock means that iPhone is unlocked. That means you don't need to authenticate any further (Touch ID/Face ID/passcode) to get to the home screen, and it also means data has been decrypted.

Vice versa, the closed padlock means some data is encrypted, and you'd need to first unlock.

Guys, I've used the Shazam function on the Control Centre but cannot find any of the Shazamed songs anywhere. Where are these stored?
