Indeed. I have asked about this in the dev forum as I thought it was caused by the new iTunes beta but it's not, as it happens with 10.3.1 too. What's weird is that if you access them via an iOS device, it will work (but it's a chore to download stuff on an iPhone, you can't even read the full name of the session...)

I was able to finish the download because I pressed "Get all tracks", then I go to iTunes U (My downloaed one), then the ones that were not downloaded were gray out, then I press "Get" again then it works.

How to migrate Wiki Server 2 to Wiki Server 3? Also there's no WWDC sessions about whats New in Wiki server 3
