I have a question about the Apple Remote Control and I'm fairly certain this is the best place to ask it. I have my MBP hooked up to my 32" LCD in my bedroom and I use it mostly to watch Hulu Desktop and the occasional movie I purchase in the iTunes store. My question is: is there a way I can program the Apple remote to launch applications other than the defaults. Currently, the "Menu" button opens Front Row and play/pause opens iTunes. I'd really like it if I could get one of those buttons to launch Hulu Desktop. Does anyone here know of a solution for this or possibly a third-party app that would allow me to do this?

Thanks in advance.

always on

If you disable Front Row from the command line you can install plex and launch it with the remote by selecting 'Always On' from the remote preferences within plex.
