I'm right there with you guys! I've got multiple BBedit windows open pretty much throughout each and every work day.

It's one of very few things that, whenever I think of leaving macOS for Linux, makes me hit the brakes hard... there's just nothing like it on another platform!

Literally the only improvement I hope for is if BBEdit could implement the exact Xcode cursor/text editing. At least as an option.

It really is an extension of Xcode for me, and I'd just love if it handled option-arrowing/deleting as well as multi-line editing the same as Xcode.

Xcode has this DIALED IN. It's the best implementation of any I've tried.
