I had no idea so many conservatives would advocate for a TV show about people on probation who aren't allowed to carry guns continuing to break the law and facing no consequences whatsoever!

Haha, did I just get called a conservative?

Alrighty, if that's what you think. I didn't realize being opposed to social intimidation and various forms of censorship was something only conservatives could believe in. Guess my "liberal voting record" has been for nothing these past years.

Sorry Frankie. I kinda grouped everyone together there.

Anyway, that show doesn't hold up well at all—even ignoring the silly Confederate imagery. Has anyone even watched it lately?

My point is to be careful what you wish for.

I still love Waylon's theme, though.

Everything is magical when you were a child. It's one of the reasons I try not to tar the memories. After all, it was the late 80s I was watching the Dukes.

"Everything's been cleaned up, sanitized. First with these ****ing Christians. Let's start with them. (audience begins to applause) Hang on, that's just one. Let's not leave out these PC campus liberal ass holes. They're just as ****ing bad from a different direction." -George Carlin

Apple is a player in that marketplace. To have a market, you need someone willing to buy and someone willing to sell.

In the case of these games that Apple find use the Confederate flag in a way that violates their terms of service, Apple is not willing to sell.

For those wanting to buy, they aren't buying just because it's available. They need to want the thing you're offering. Just because Apple puts something out there (Ping, for example) doesn't mean people will buy into it. Both sides have to be willing. In the case of these games, Apple is not willing.

A marketplace where a seller is required to sell certain items is not a free marketplace.

Apple is a middle man. That's it. They have decided that their opinion matters more than what the market wants. No, you do not get a "free marketplace" by having the middleman determine what the market "wants."

If you want that kind of free marketplace, then you will never be happy with Apple. They have always had terms and conditions. Do you want to buy a Mac with a built-in DVD player? You can't, because Apple doesn't want to sell you one. Do you want to buy porn apps for the iPhone? Sorry, Apple doesn't want to do that either. You will have to get your DVD drive as an external accessory, and you will need to view your sex porn and confederate flag porn in ways that don't require Apple to be the paid middleman.

Didn't The Fall Guy have a rather young Heather Locklear in it? Quite the looker back then, and in her Dynasty days.

BL.

Even better than a young Heather Locklear. Young Heather Thomas. She was very easy on the eyes at the time.
