iPhone? Maybe not many. But on an iPad and MacBook? Well I will for sure. I can’t wait. It’s going to make my live teaching sessions so much easier.

Your right. There's always going to be some people to whine about stuff. That's just people. However, Apple has started advertising things and then not releasing them in the planned timeframe. Like software features, AirPods, the charging matt and AirPod charging case or even not being able to update iOS home screen because iOS 12 is really about fixing iOS 11. That's just a few of many. I'll never believe a company presents products while knowing it will be year before they're released. That gives the competition way to much time to make something that "out preforms" the year old unreleased tech. I also understand that Apple Maps were delayed. But that wasn't the norm way back then. I still love Apple. But I can see that things are different right now in a lot of areas. Different isn't always bad though.

Virtual classroom is one of the main reasons why I'm looking forward to the new FT group chat. Right now I use FaceBook live to teach most of my lectures. Being able to actually interact with their questions in more of a live manner will be great. Looking forward to group FT.
You're not chatting with your colleagues and using Memoji on a Mac....:)

But it doesn't matter. Apple customers continue to buy the products regardless.

Look at their recent earnings. Profits went up but sales went down. Apple sold less stuff but their customers paid more for it. No wonder they hit $1tn. Who wouldn't invest in a company that has become a religion?
The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

That sucks. I’ve used FaceTime in several different countries on many different networks and have maybe dropped 4-5 calls. I don’t use FaceTime much TBH since I do t feel the need to see who I’m talking to but FaceTime audio has worked great as well.
The quality of the video call is significantly worse than competitors. FaceTime Audio is fine

I think some of those who watch Apple are waiting. I’m convinced TC will not let that happen, in spite of internet sentiment to the contrary.

Sales always go down before September. That they had another record breaking quarter in spite of that was amazing.

An example that isn't adding anything. People tend to switch to Apple to get away from the Microsoft experience.
Another way to look at it:
Making the case that Microsoft is as bad as Apple (in this regard) isn't a particularly good defense of Apple. ;)

step 1. Extoll the virtues (real or imaginary) of Apple as being superior to all other companies.
step 2. Apple falls short.
step 3. Proclaim that everyone makes mistakes.
step 4. profit.
