they replace free iphone x for me due issue display cant fix ,i juat want to know is that iphone brand new or refurish , they bring out with flat white box not retail box , >>>>>

Sounds like you need to turn off auto brightness.

I think it load apps during resotre icloud
and download stuff that why make it dim itself every 5-10 minutes

now back bright cool

will see how dim they flash again /

So refurish phone has check 100% bettee than brand new :) wow

so next time buy new iphone and go to apple store tell them replace another one then get better one :)

Maybe try? Settings, Display & Brightness, Auto-Lock, Never

Ok now . no more Dim

only dim when go dark area = is that normal sensor ????

Reason it dim cause when i restore icloud and spend long wait to load stuff

now complete , dim has been gone

work cool now >>

I think i need protector screen on my X
otherwise big problem , oil destroy everything ¥
