I feel like I’m going crazy, why the hell does every tech company want to sell us stupid pins that tell us what we’re looking at?!? What are we doing?!? This is so stupid. lol.

The pendant stuff is interesting but it's got a LONG way to go. And I'm not yet convinced that it's going to get there anytime soon. If Apple is now thinking this is going to be their next big thing, I'm legitimately concerned.

And I WILL NOT have a conversation with anyone who is wearing a device that is constantly recording audio or video. Period.

I think Apple (and other similar companies) are throwing stuff at the wall to see what will stick. I actually think these pins and glasses will do okay for now and will grow quite well. People had critical opinions of the iphone, ipad, and apple watch when they were still in rumor phases.

And you won't have a conversation with a police officer? That sounds like it could lead to a fun adventure.

There's no real explanation as to what the pendant is for. What are the use cases? What's it supposed to do? Why is this story a headline and yet has nothing to it - I was going to say no detail, but really, there's not anything at all about what this is.
