Maybe, finally, Apple will allow Bluetooth/Wifi file transfers on the iPhone.

But, this should be made to work on ANY phone, not just between iPhones.

Edit - what I mean is, iPhone should be able to bluetooth things to other phones as well as iPhones if Apple allow Bluetooth file transfers.

Total Sync is the killer app for Tablet

With this and the home sharing feature on iTunes, I think we can see that Apple is going to position the Tablet as the truly portable, always synced always updated mobile computing device. Have all your docs, apps, bookmarks, photos, and songs with you wherever you go, no matter where and when you created or downloaded them.

Sync first by cable, then update wirelessly. MobileMe is updated and part of the service agreement.

Jesus guys.

Even at at 2 or 3MB/s which is the practical limit of 802.11g it isn't as slow as you guys make it look.

I for one would be delighted to be able to just get home and synchronize all my stuff without even having to worry about getting into my computer (which is on all the time so).

Combine this with some kind of media server, where you just add the music to a playlist and forget about while it syncs wirelessly and seemingly.

It would be ****ing awesome!

(or you know, 802.11n in the iPhone as well)

Why does this remind me of the Zune "squirt" ?
It looks like an extension of what they're building up with Home Sharing in iTunes and Back to My Mac.

Though Zune squirting is what came to mind first. I don't think Apple has plans to implement a similar feature.
