Usually they give reservations priority and so they take care of them before getting to the walk-ins. In other cases they might have a ratio of walk-ins & reservations (ex. 5 reservations : 1 walk-in). Either way make sure you get there early .

For iPad Wifi launch at SF flagship store, they let 10 people from reservation line in, then 1 from non-reserved.

You should call your local apple store and ask them. You are not going to get consistent answers here - it's all up to the store and their local policies.

The apple store near me will let reserves and walk-ins go at once, half the staff working reserves and the other half working walk-ins.
