iPad Apple Retail Canada iPad Air 2 In Store

In stock Conestoga Apple store in Waterloo ON

I just picked up a Space Grey 128gb wifi/LTE Air 2 at the Conestoga Apple store in Waterloo ON. They have all colours on display and were just unloading todays shipment. I had to wait around for about an hour and a half for them to unload the model I wanted. They seemed to indicate that all models and colours were available. Retail at the store was very quiet, but the Genius bar was pretty busy.

Phoned Chinook centre 2x this morning (9:30-10:00)

First call said the iPad 2 hadn't been announced yet -_-

Second call said they had stock, but when they went to check, said they actually didn't have stock.

Both calls left me more confused.
 
Went to Stapples today, the guy said they had received the new support for them but no ipads yet, and he can't say when he'll get them. hopefully tomorrow.
 
I just spoke with Apple Richmond Centre and they said they are just receiving the Air 2 and they should be available in about 1.5 hours (3 PM local time).

Cool! Is it out on display yet would you know? Are you getting one?
Still thinking if I should upgrade from my 4.
 
Still none in Ottawa Apple Stores that I could find.

Went to Best Buy and I managed to convince the, to just sell me one since they had stock.

This thing is fast. Love it #

Thanks. Everything went smooth. Richmond Centre didn't have it on display but they had stock and I got the iPad 2 64 gb, wifi. Loving the product.

Btw, my sales guy said BC was behind Ontario because there was a shipping glitch coming from Alaska. It should have been in yesterday but this shipping hiccup delayed the shipment until today.

Yeah I was there and they only had mini 3 on display. iPad Air 2 would come out Tom on displays they said. Still thinking about getting one.
 
Update. chinook has some models (including LTE). Said they had a lot of 128 LTE gold.
