Hey everyone,
I know this has been asked 1000x but I believe Apple has changed it's hiring process in the last few years.
Saturday I had a group interview, there were 2 other people there. I was invited that day to have a meeting with the senior manager for the store I applied to. I got along great with him and he told me they will be moving forward to the third and final interview with me. This interview is with the District Manager. I 'm still waiting to hear from him to set this interview up.
My question is, has anyone made it to the final interview and not received the position? IMO I don't think they'd waste the big bosses time with someone they won't hire but I'm not sure if that's just my optimism LOL any insight is appreciated.

Never worked for Apple but have done a lot of hiring over the years.
My assumption would be that the store manager had approved you as a candidate, but the district manager has to rubber stamp appointments.

Thank you for your reply. I got a call and scheduled a group interview for tomorrow. He said the DM can't meet this week so he's having the finalists come in. He also told me to finish my application online bc they couldn't move forward with me until I do so. Hoping this is all a good sign

Any sign is a good sign, especially since so many jerks don’t even tell you via email that you have not being selected.

As for the interview, my only suggestion is the most obvious one. Just be yourself. They want to know if they will work well with you, but YOU are also interviewing them to know if you will work well with them.

I love my apple products, but I'm not sure I'd want to work for them. Especially retail. It's not the best paid position.
Good luck with it.

Apple Retail was the best paid retail I’ve ever worked, or even heard of, outside of commission.

@OP I was hired after the second interview with a store manager. Good luck!
