I'm returning my iPhone 11 by mail. Apple provided a shipping label for me to use at FedEx. It doesn't appear to me that they provide a box like you get when you trade in a phone. Sorry for my ignorance, but am I supposed to take the phone to FedEx and get my own box? It's not an issue, I just want to make sure and it isn't spelled out very clearly.

I don't have the box it shipped in so I guess I'll check FedEx. Thanks

If you purchased it online for in store pick up, you do have to provide your own box when you send it back via fedex. You can buy a box from fedex and have them package it for yo or get those box from target or Walmart and DIY.
