Has anyone purchased an iphone via apple.com and had any return issues?
I will TRY to keep this simple.
Bought iphone 11 and for my son iphone 11 pro.
Of course I new right away i wanted the pro.
So decided we send back the 11 keep pro and get a iphone pro max.
so for two days tried online to setup the return,never worked system seemed to lock up.
So I chatted apple them self could not start the return either,i was told try later.
Of course never worked, so my son and i decided we drive the 125 miles to the nearest APPLE store.
Knowing good well heck its an apple store they can handle returns.
Of course after waiting 40 minutes lady tried went in the back called apple no go either.
I had to talk to the person she was talking to and he assured me with in two hours Apple will email me return label.
Ok ,I was not very happy and still shocked an APPLE store cant handle a returned phone?
So we get home and yes we have the label.
Now some more info the phone i was returning is on ATT next plan.I kept asking them can this issue of not being able to return it be something to do with ATT. They all said NO.
Oh online the system page never would change or let me do return,via app got error mesage try later.
Anyway phone is heading back to apple now my question and also my worry now will APPLE be able to reverse the ATT upgrade so I may then get another iphone and about how long did it take to reverse the upgrade?
