Hey there,

I just bought a refurb ibook from Apple, but then about five min later I found a much better deal for the same thing online. I know they have that nifty 14-day return policy (for refurbs too) "if for any reason you aren't satisfied...". Can I just call them up and tell them that I "wasn't satisfied" and get a RMA and a full refund no questions asked? Any help/experience would be fantastic. Thanks!

You can, but you'll probably have to pay a 10-15% restocking fee if you've opened it. If not, you're in luck! If you have, try asking them to match the price and maybe they will up to 10%...probably not....but ya never know!
