iPod Apple Return Policy

I've had an iTrip for a little under 6 months now and today I managed to drop my iPod with the iTrip on it and part of the iTrip broke.. It doesnt look very broken and you can only tell if you pull on the part that connects to the iPod. I think all that happened was one of the wires got disconnected cause I can see where it should be connected. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows what Apples policy is for returning items like this? Will they replace my iTrip with another one?
