Is this new Gamecenter only available for Apple Arcade games or is it also possible to view the achievements and leaderboards from older non-Arcade iOS games there?

Notes to Developers: Developers need to add "chatting feature" and a better "add friend" system to GameCenter.
I want no part of game center - only play for my enjoyment but now every game I play asks me to sign into game center. Allow us to turn it off and go back to what worked before ios 14. And I saw no warning this was going to happen

yes - i get it on all games and don't do any arcade games
