Apple Rocks

    I bought a unibody MacBook back in November and noticed a small speck on the LED Display. I thought that I would be able to deal with it, but it got the better of me. I recently went to the apple store to have it looked at and was turned away as a dead pixel. When I got home I received an email from apple customer survey, and told them I was disappointed with the service.

    Fast forward a week. I got a call from the manager at the Apple Store and was asked to come in again. When I went in the second time the Genius looked at the screen, went to the back and came out with a new MacBook saying that it would be replaced. So now I have the latest Unibody MacBook and a fresh start with AppleCare.

    All I can say is wow to Apple for having such great customer service.

    thats great!
    the only issue is that why didnt they help you the first time? :rolleyes:
    some thing apple needs to work on.
