Yea, iCloud now allows Australians to re download TV shows. No sign of iTunes Match though.

Updating my earlier statement of "no new T&C for me" (Germany).
When trying out the new music re-downloading, I also had to accept new T&Cs.

I'm getting an error too... I told iTunes to manually analyse my library and things seem to have started happening, iTunes Match in the left bar is showing the processing spinning arrows

All my music and playlists have been removed from my iPhone after turning on iTunes Match in Settings>Music. I get a picture of the cloud and a loading bar. Then it tells me I have no music. Great! That just cost me how much?
