Apple S4 - turning on issue

release day Apple Watch s4 having trouble turning on.
It seems to be that you need to hold the on button along with the crown for 15 seconds.

Is this right ?

Not normally. That’s to force a reboot.

For me I just hold the side button for about 5 secs. Or connect to the charger and it powers on.
