Apple sanctioned Malware.

It seems like everytime I check one of my iOS devices I am greeted with a nasty pop-up that non stop nags me to update to iOS 9.3... Now, if there was way to opt out like there should be then this would be a non issue but if my Apple device begins to resort to non-stop nag-ware then maybe Apple needs to rewatch their own 1984 big brother television ad.
