Either these existing entities collectively—or a new dedicated entity like the one I mentioned earlier—could regulate software companies that develop and license mobile operating systems and app marketplaces, ensuring fair governance when it comes to content restrictions and censorship.

On political spectrum I find myself inclined towards Libertarianism. So I’m not a fan of big government, more bureaucracy, more government departments at all.
Also I lose my interest in a discussion where one participant doesn’t even answer simple questions.

I'm not sure about your comment on one participant not answering simple questions. Maybe I'm not the one you are referring to, as it wouldn't make sense since I provided an answer in detail to yours - though possibly not the one you wanted to hear, considering your reflected political spectrum.

Will somebody please tell me what this "more government" thing is. What units do we measure it in? Why are consumer protections "big government"? What do they have to do with "government" beyond being a law?
