It keeps asking me to sign in and I never really use it. I signed in just to get the message to stop popping up.
In the meantime I still have to refresh facebook multiple times a day because the scroll bar randomly disappears. Guess Apple doesn't care

Like clockwork. Key Apple apps predictably have issues every major release. Never install the iOS X.0.x release if you don't want headaches. Always wait for X.1.x that follows soon after.

The number of iMessage users worldwide is estimated to be somewhere north of 1 BILLION. Just using a round one billion, if 1% of users have trouble, that's 10 million people that can't communicate reliably.

Definitely not fixed. Still experiencing the issue. Only way to "fix" in my case is to disable all VPN and related features -- which is a non-starter. Same setup worked fine in Ventura.
