I'm trying to find an apple script that will allow me to close all running applications, exit OSX and reboot my MBP into Win 7.

Since I have the MBP "docked" into a Thunderbolt display, the only way I can do this now is to remove the MBP from its cradle, open the lid, restart and hold down option, choose Win 7 and then but the MBP back in clamshell mode.

Surely there's a better way?

I recommend BootChamp very well.
But since I'm using BootChamp, I want to know a application that knows how to boot Windows into OSX as well. Any ideas?

If you've got the Boot Camp drivers installed, there should be a grey diamond icon in your system tray. Click it, and then you can restart back into OS X using the "Restart in Mac OS X…" option.
