Apple today seeded the fifth beta of an upcoming watchOS 6.2.5 update to developers, one week after releasing the fourth beta and over a month after releasing the watchOS 6.2 update that added in-app purchases to the Apple Watch App Store.

watchOS 6.2.5 can be downloaded for free through the dedicated ??Apple Watch?? app on the iPhone by going to General > Software Update. To install the new software, the ??Apple Watch?? needs to have at least 50 percent battery, it needs to be placed on a charger, and it needs to be in range of the ??iPhone??.

watchOS 6.2.5 brings ECG functionality and irregular heart rhythm notifications to Saudi Arabia. Nothing else new was discovered in the first four betas, suggesting that other than the new ECG feature, watchOS 6.2.5 focuses on under-the-hood improvements.

Really liking this on the Series 5, I thought beta 4 was great, but beta 5 is really awesome. No issues and running like a champ. Thank you Apple!

I got the update last night (Switzerland) on my Apple Watch series 5. The build number is 6.2.5 (17T608). Looks like the final version.

Talk to whoever is in charge of regulating medical devices in your country.
we cannot say behalf of apple, Apple itself must go to the regulator and make demonstration work and pay it fee. It beyond people like me.If I'm the apple staff, I would.

Tough crowd, they are tightening up the contact tracing, which is a good thing. I only have a minor mail refresh issue n 13.5.

To clarify it wasn't a stab at Apple persay. More that the contact tracing has them in more dissaray than usual. Betas usually are somewhat in sync and come out in groups. I can only imagine them all trying to coordinate from home.

Just like the last several betas. Doubt there will be anything new until WatchOS 7.

Agreed it was more for the fact that a watch beta popped up out of the blue on a Thursday with nothing else.
