Given that there's an Apple Event on the 8th, my guess is Tim Cook will say "tonight" or "tomorrow". So, middle of next week.

I haven’t tried it, but I’ve often wondered if disabling iCloud Keychain first, then resetting Network Settings, and then re-enabling iCloud Keychain afterwards wouldn’t preserve them. Rather ridiculous that resetting Network Setting kills ancillary data that affects all your other devices; should be a bug. (I’ve reported it as such, Apple engineering disagrees. 🙄)
