The HomePod has multiple timer support now.
That's Cougarcat's point. HomePod has it, but iOS and watchOS do not, yet.

So time for all those who want to jailbreak to update to ios 12?Some hints:
Exploits available to security researchers in the iOS 12 betas were not patched for the final release, and it has already been jailbroken along with a fully untethered jailbreak by a security team in China. This likely patches that.
This also probably patches the exploit that triggers device reboot.
Feature-wise someone will have to try it out to see what it adds.

If you just updated, you're likely seeing the indexing process take its effect. New iOS releases typically get better after a couple days.

I'm using iPhone X on iOS 12. Either it's Apple Music doing this or the Bluetooth itself. Either way, it's very annoying and I depend on Apple Music 10-12 hours a day so hopefully it gets fixed. Thank you by the way..What iPhone? I'm not having issue at a all but I can submit a bug on the dev site.
Thanks dude. I'm currently jailbroken on ios 10 and love it. Especially Consolidation. Can't live without it!!No definitely not. If you're already jailbroken and want to have one, stay there. If your OS isn't jailbroken the general rule is stay on the lowest iOS possible.
Just because an untether exists does not mean it will be released.

So I should stay where I am for now?
It was pulled in beta 6 I think.GroupFaceTime was pulled from the 12.0 GM? Damn.
For those receiving a new phone or watch on Friday, you may want to wait until you receive your new device if you want to restore from a backup. You won't be able to restore a backup from iOS 12.1 or watchOS 5.1 to a device on iOS 12 or watchOS 5. If you update your current device now, you'll have to set up the new devices on Friday as a new device, install the beta profiles, update, reset the device, and then restore from a backup.

Is there a support document about this indexing? What indexing? Some hints:
