Every single release of any Apple OS since this September came with many critical bugs.

Karnel panics, bricked devices, bootloops, multitasking problems...and many, many more.

This is emergency. WHAT is going on Apple?!

Ummm, would that not be a Windows driver problem? I do not think Apple's bootcamp drivers have GPU support. Download the AMD GPU driver for Windows.

I am still rocking Mojave 10.14.6. (being pestered by unresolved resource wakeup diagnostics logged freely under /library/logs/DiagnosticReports)

But given the Catalina reviews, this version lurks worse.
[No wonder that Catalina's Desktop Picture appears (to me) to mimic a middle finger pointed at us.]

Will wait to *.3 or even *.4.
But that is just me.

Mojave has been a great for me since 10.14.0, but not touching Catalina for a few months yet.

Navi is already available in 10.15.1. So is Vega 10/20 cards, Polaris 10 up to RX 580, etc.

I have never posted anything here before but 10.15.1 causes my new 2019 iMac Core i9 to do random reboots while in sleep mode. Apples suggestion was to stay at 10.15.0 with incremental fixes and not go to 10.15.1. Something in the block storage driver causing me kernel panics. I would take the leap of faith for a new beta knowing that i'll know if it is fixed in a few hours since that is when the random kernel panic reboots happen. Heck, i've downgraded so many times it does not bother me

Nope! No way! I’m still not touching it! I’ll probably skip 10.15 altogether and eventually go to 10.16, as long as that OS doesn’t arrive as a smoldering mess.

The point updates tend to be more stable, even in beta.

I'm confident Apple will, in the fullness of time, get it right. After 10.15.2 final release has been out for a couple of weeks and vetted by others I'll definitely consider it. I used to routinely install final releases, but Apple's recent record cured me of that.

Damn I’m scared. I just ordered a 2019 27” iMac with 512GB SSD. I’m using a Mid 2010 21.5” running High Sierra.

I’m going to setup the new iMac as new, but hope I don’t have any issues.

I see people who are doing clean installs are having far fewer problems

I was on with Apple support who said the photos bugs, in particular not syncing to iCloud would be fixed with this release.

Is that not clear? Things like requiring you to approve access to your Downloads folder for every single website in Safari despite not needing any such thing for 15 years are the priority now. The lawyers are in charge at Apple now.

The development culture there is probably so toxic.

Stupid to even think this, but any chance it fixes the random opening of the Mail app?

This is a feature of MAC OS X.
For me Mail opens very slow and after it does it keeps popping up randomly.
Turns out it’s related to Google - or at least they claim.
Anyway... This update should install Mojave :-D
