Me too. Want to be able to restore from an iOS 15 backup rather than have to set up as new, install the profile, update the new phone to 15.1, and then restore from a backup.

Same. Resisting the urge. I swear I end up doing it every year and then am annoyed at myself, so I just went and deleted my beta profile now so that it doesn't tempt me. LOL

Yes. Yes. Yes. The first year I was smart enough to do the same. Saw the update notification and remembered, No, don’t, that’ll inconvenient Friday.
This feature mentioned by 9to5mac back in June should, in theory, drastically improve that process.

It seems that they will not do another iOS 13.1 since they released iOS 15.1 beta 1 so there will not be iOS 15.1 release on Sept 27 2021...

The old UI was just better and less cluttered. The new dark mode is also pretty ugly. Way too bright.
Thanks. I’m on the other side of the fence. I quite like the new UI and find that I can see what’s on the map in the new dark mode.

I agree that you can see a lot more but it looks like they just slapped on a light blue filter and called it a day. It looks terrible and out of place at night.

Public Beta is now available. I'm getting a software update Failed message on my iPad Pro. From what I've read this can be due to a shortage of storage, however I have lot's of storage available. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to look for as a cause of this error. I'm currently on regular release of iPadOS 15.0. Thanks.
