As the notes I previous posted said Apple is tightening up their dev distribution.
Beginning with iOS & iPadOS 16.4 beta, members of the Apple Developer Program will see a new option to enable developer betas directly from Software Update in Settings. This new option will be automatically enabled on devices already enrolled in the program that update to the latest beta release. Your iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to enroll in the Apple Developer Program in order to see this option in Settings. In future iOS and iPadOS releases, this new setting will be the way to enable developer betas and configuration profiles will no longer grant access.

It should be, if it’s available in your area.
interesting reading on that topic

While globally 5G speeds have remained stable, for many of the markets in our analysis, median 5G download speeds have fallen over the past year. The U.S. was the main outlier, recording the strongest uplift in 5G performance as T-Mobile continued to drive home its performance advantage in the market, while Verizon’s performance improved early in 2022 through its deployment of 5G in C-band spectrum. This trend is likely to continue in 2023 in the U.S., as more C-band spectrum is made available. However, the picture remains concerning for a number of other 5G markets, particularly those where median 5G speeds are at the lower end of the spectrum.

Is anyone having VPN issues? Since I updated to iOS 16.4 Beta, my work vpn will not engage. I have removed and reinstalled but all I get is unexpected error.

Anyone else having issues with emails not displaying properly in the mail app?
Yes, on IOS and iPad OS 16.4 big time. All emails in Mail displaying as multipart MIME messages with lots of code = unreadable - very annoying. I tried removing the Mail app and re-downloading it but no resolution yet. You? Grrrr. MBPro email is fine.

Anyone experiencing IPsec VPN issues with 16.4 - once installed my work vpn will not connect - get 'unexpected error' removed and reloaded vpn profile several times.

Thanks Apple! Public Beta 16.4 Beta 2 fixed my work IPsec VPN issue. That was easy!
