Did anybody get the 9.1 update OTA ? I still not. (Of course my phone is registered with the dev account)

In fact, we should receive 9.0GM over OTA. 9.1 will be via dev account or direct download
Are GM seeds every released OTA?

iOS 9.1 GM is still lagging and stutter compare to iOS 8.4 on iPhone 6....

When will they ever be more consistent with software quality these days... just WTF....
there is no iOS 9.1 GM that's iOS 9.1 "BETA" read the release not it has bug. best to install iOS 9.0 GM and have a stable phone

Still haven't decided if I want to pay money so I can upgrade my iPhone 6 to ios9.
Yes it will cost me money to upgrade to ios9, I will have to pay $19 for 10.7 for my Mac Pro and then the time to install it.
Every time I read about upgrading to 10.7 I hear about all kinds of horror stories of auto save and bad permissions in time machine backups and all the folks that downgrading after purchasing it.

Tim Cook promised that we wouldn't have to pay money for new hardware for ios9 but said nothing about desktop upgrade costs.
I may decided to just stay on ios8 until I purchase an new iPhone 7 next year, then go to 10.7. That's the best option now. It's not broke so I don't need to fix it.

The decision to upgrade would be simpler if iTunes 12.3 supported both operating systems released in 2009. Then it would be a no brainer.

you could always go to an Apple Store and upgrade there, or a best buy.... jeez. using that logic everyone has to pay to upgrade because it uses electricity

They said that the new Apple TV was available for developers starting today, so there must be some program to allow certain developers to purchase the device early.
Yes there is. They will be giving developer kits to selected registered developers.
