Yeah, I'm getting that too, it's standard cellular data protection. Keeps you from destroying your plan. As far as I know, no way to get around it except pairing to someone's hotspot.
Yeah Apple clarified it's a fix for a startup issue. Pretty much most iPads would freeze on the apple logo after installing the previous 9.3 DP 1. DP 1.1 is a little hotfix for that problem, possibly among other little things. PB = DP so the public won't get a bunch of frozen iPads. That's why the public beta was delayed.
Sorry I meant the 9.3 beta 1.1 not that it wouldn't download over cellular. I haven't seen anything like that previously to my knowledge.

How is it running on the 5s so far? Any lags or performance hits to speak of? I know it's still in beta but still curious.
Ok, this is weird.
I can't log into the Beta site on my iPad Air 2. I can on my iPhone, but on my iPad, it keeps just bringing me back to the login screen. I can login via Chrome, but obviously I can't download the profile from there.
Anyone see this?

I had this happen on my mini 2 and my wifi was causing issues I think, it was weird. I just hot spotted from my phone and logged in via LTE on my iPad rather than my home wifi connection.

9.3 lacks the ability to switch Bluetooth audio. Now I can't switch it to phone in the vehicle to hear alert tones, or sitting still watch YouTube, Ect.

I second this! If you're not up for a fight when it comes time to switch back to the public release, don't do this!!
Anyone else not notice anything different about the Health app with an Apple Watch? I thought there was supposed to be a new layout that imported stats from the Activity app into the Health app?

I wish they would implement a notification system(spotify) so we would know when a playlist we're following was updated.
Is anyone else seeing issues with the youtube app running the public beta? It's won't play videos on my iPad Air anymore...
