I'm still finding that the keyboard click volume is still strangely out of wack relative to the general volume settings. I need to really crank up the ringer volume to get (what I feel) is a comfortable volume level for the keyboard clicks. But then the problem is, everything else is too loud!

Seems unique to my 7+, as keyboard click volume seems just fine on my other devices (SE, 6S+, 5S, 9.7" iPad Pro).

I'm hearing very quiet "clicking" sound on 7 Plus (speakers definitely kicks in) when opening controll center, notification center or when toggling on or off buttons in Settlings.

Please please fix the safari keyboard. It bugs me that I type something, use a character like a comma, and after hitting space it doesn't switch to a letter. It stays on the punctuation keyboard. Also, safari doesn't auto scroll comment boxes when posting replies. That's not a big issue since I can just zoom out, but for some it may bother them.

I have seen many complaints about this keyboard behavior in Safari. Does this occur in all text fields or just the address bar? If it is only the address bar it can make sense you would want to stay on the current character set for example if you were using IP addresses to resolve a web host.

All text fields.

i don't believe this is for Public testers, as I have not received the pushed update thus far today. another website i saw an article relating to Beta 4 said it was only to Developers. is this accurate?

I downloaded the beta on my iPhone and iPad and I'm not a developer.

I just wish Safari on my iPad Air 2 would stop forgetting my most recently used tab. All the other tabs are retained but whatever tab I happened to be on last is blank like a new tab.

update! had to reinstall the beta profile and got the beta updated afterward. weird.

EDIT:

That would be highly annoying! If I want to enter a series of comma-separate numbers, constantly switching back to the number keyboard after pressing space would be frustrating. The current behaviour is much better for a "number-comma-space" sequence. That's not a bug.
If Apple updated their keyboard with a number row and long press characters it would solve this.

These app closing animations are really bothering me too now after reading so much about it here.
It's really not very apple-esque how it looks choppy and jumpy. I really hope they can fix this. Be it about the way how ios 10 handles animations are not - it looks bad. It should get fixed.

I'll admit that the upcoming portrait mode has all but sold me on the 7+. I'll need to handle one in the store before I buy, but... it's pretty tempting right now.

There's a thread on here that shows off real-life samples of portrait mode shots. I contributed one of my dog.

Holy crap, thanks for the advice about disabling the triple-click accessibility shortcut.

I've been annoyed by the slow animation speed for a long time now. More than a year I'd say. Never thought about the fact that it's waiting for a third press and causing it to feel sluggish.

For those who want to disable it:
Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut (bottom) > Unckeck all of the options that show here.

I hope it fixes the bug with blue tooth and syncing to BMW cars.

Not just for BMW. Happens with Ford Sync 3 as well. But yes, I hope it's fixed. I have a four hour drive tomorrow so I'm sure I'll have a chance to see if it happens again.
