Apple Seeds Fourth Beta of iOS 10.3.3 to Developers [Update: Public Beta Available]

Apple. Please add a 32 bit nag disable switch. I'll be on iOS 10 and Sierra for several years.
Also need ability to select which emoji version to use. Too many of my iOS 9 friends are getting squares. Since you are not going to update them to current emojis please give us the ability to hide unsupported emojis on older platforms.
 
now I have an apple logo on the notification center and widgets screen. mmmmm
 
Besides taking out the ability to play video/audio in the background on Safari, what other innovations will they come up with?
