Apple Seeds Fourth Beta of iOS 9.3.2 to Developers and Public Beta Testers

BLUETOOTH ISSUE iPHONE SE
Is the Bluetooth pairing issue resolved (ref. April 11 by Joe Rossignol et al)? The current iOS is still not able to pair my car audio (Volkswagen, many other brands have been affected as well since 9.3). Can somebody kindly give an answer?

I have the 6S+ with the same issue. It would have problems reconnecting to my MPOW Car Bluetooth.
This WAS fixed for me with the B3 update. It now reconnects instantly.

we don't have to wait until end of the month..beta 4 is really solid and silky smooth, i expect a final release next week. maybe beta 4 will be the final version

That's weird. I'm on 9.3.2 beta 3, and still have this issue even after a complete factory restore on the phone. Issues with my bluetooth headset as well.

At this point weekly betas aren't unusual toward the end of the beta cycle.

What is the build number of the developer release and the public beta release? Are they the same? My phone is being swapped tomorrow at Apple and I'm wondering if I can restore a developer build backup to a public beta install.

Generally, and in this case, as far as I know, they are the same.
