OTA stands for Over The Air which means cellular and Wi-Fi...

Just reinstalled the beta profile, completed the full install and it still put me back on beta 3.
I don't think that's correct. Not seeing anyone reporting a new public beta build being available.

Didn’t get that warning when downloading or installing beta 4, maybe only certain countries or regions…
I wont believe this will be in the final release.
Otherwise they will cripple the upcoming Macs since they usually don't allow downgrade to older MacOS versions than the ones that they are shipped with.
Maybe that's the work around. Can we set the country code to one that is allowed before installing?
I'm downloading the IPSW now to see if I can mount it to determine which countries are banned.
