The fact that little issues are resolved means the Beta is quite stable.
Like heck it is. 15.6 has been the most unstable point update beta I’ve run in years. Photo app crashes, safari chugs and then crashes. Springboard chugs and then crashes. Have to reboot at least once a day because the entire UI acts like it’s being drug through the mud. Really hoping things improve with this version.

I’m having a different experience with iPhone 11. The keyboard is finally not giving me typos left and right for once, I can’t even tell you how annoyed I had become with trying to type on the device. The lag appears gone and so now my accuracy is back where it always was. The animations and scrolling across the OS seems a bit smoother too. Hoping for the best…

Would you also say better than 15.5? My battery was fine on 15.4 – could almost make it through the day. Ever since 15.5, I get the 20% warning before I even leave work. I'm hoping 15.6 takes me back to better battery. (My reported battery health hasn't changed during this time.)
FWIW battery life on my 12PM:

5.6b3 > 5.5 > 5.4
